We are constantly reviewing many sources to identify potential development projects suitable for our investors. We focus on “off market” acquisitions made available to us by a diverse range of real estate professionals with whom we have established trusted relationships. Potential sites are introduced to our investors based on a client brief including acquisition budget, expected profitability and project strategy i.e. holding or selling upon completion.

The initial acquisition is the most important step in the success of the project. It is often said “You Make Money When You Buy” and that selling is the mere realisation of a successful acquisition.

Upon a site being confirmed as being viable and subsequently accepted by the client, we suggest the appropriate strategy for negotiation to ensure that our clients secure the property for the best possible price and terms.
